Maintain and protect the longevity of your beautiful new furniture from the Bespoke collection with our Bespoke Collection After Care Pack. 

Choose from two care options.

​Take good care of your new Bespoke Collection furniture and it will last a long time, even developing more distinguishing features with time.

We strongly advise against using household cleaners on our furniture as they often contain harsh chemicals that will degrade both the finish and the timber over time.
Both care packages include a specialised wood surface cleaner that will clean the furniture in a gentle way and versatile mutton cloth that can be used for cleaning.

The Added Protection care kit also features Hard Wax Oil which is used to protect the finish of the furniture. Extra coats can be added from time to time, which will add and maintain the protective layer.

Fiddes Wood Surface Cleaner - 500ml Spray Bottle
Ideal for daily cleaning and maintenance of interior wooden floors and furniture that have been treated with Hard Wax Oil, Lacquer or Varnish.

Mutton Cloth - 800 gram Roll​
​Mutton Cloth ( Stockinette) is widely used for applying wood dyes and wax polish. High absorbancy and good durability makes Mutton Cloth the most popular ‘wiper’ used for cleaning and application of a range of woodfinishing solutions.​

Fiddes Hard Wax Oil - 250ml Tin in Clear Satin Finish
​Fiddes Hard Wax Oil is a blend of natural, quick drying, durable waxes and oils specifically formulated for application onto interior wood flooring and wood surfaces.​
Produces a quick drying, natural, satin water repellent, touch-fast finish that will not peel or flake. To maintain / renovate, simply wash, buff or re-apply, following the guidelines provided (Available on request from the H&W care team).

If you have any concerns with your furniture, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our friendly team always endeavours to resolve any concerns initially. 

If we’re unable to resolve your concerns and your furniture doesn't have a manufacturing defect or if you’ve changed your mind, we can arrange for a collection and refund. A collection, refinishing and restocking charge will apply. Defective, incorrect or missing items will always be resolved free of charge. For more information please see our returns and refunds policy.

Returns do not apply to custom products made to custom specifications or dimensions. These items cannot be returned.
