We find that photos are the best way to demonstrate the colours & finishes we offer for our reclaimed furniture.
Please see below for photos from recent customer orders of the different colours we have available and we’ve added a little more information about these below.
The photos are intended to serve as a guide. As reclaimed wood is a natural material which varies by batch, the appearance of the wood and exact colour/finish may vary from the photos shown. Lighting in the photos can also vary.
When ordering, please request either the 'Dark' or 'Light' option (if applicable) in the order notes during checkout.
Driftwood - Dark
Dark Driftwood is our latest twist on the traditional driftwood colour, with darker yet still natural timber tones.
Driftwood - Light
Light Driftwood is a light, natural clear colour. Similar to a pine colour bringing out the natural colour and features of the timber.
Rugger Brown - Dark
Dark Rugger Brown is a richer dark oak colour.
Rugger Brown - Light
Light Rugger Brown is similar to a medium oak colour. It's a classic!
Walnut - Dark
Our Dark Walnut is the darkest of the three standard colours we offer, similar to a dark, smoky oak.
Walnut - Light
Our Light Walnut colour is very much a contemporary twist on walnut. Lighter and more vibrant!
Grey Wash - Dark
A contemporary, medium-dark colour with variable hints of grey running through.
Grey Wash - Light
A cross between our Driftwood and Dark Grey Wash, Light Grey Wash is a light natural colour bringing out the character and natural colour of the timber together with subtle hints of grey which varies in different lights.
This is a contemporary light stain, similar to a light beech finish.
The Finishes - Wax vs. Lacquer
Whether you choose a Wax or Lacquer finish, the colour will be largely the same subject to some natural variance due to different batches of natural reclaimed wood as mentioned above.
Reclaimed furniture with a wax finish may have have a smoother final finish whilst also preserving the natural features of the reclaimed wood. With a wax finish, aftercare will be required from time to time to help maintain the finish.
With a lacquer finish, this is an invisible matt layer that adds extra durability and water resistance. The final finish will likely be more grainy and highlight the natural characteristics of the reclaimed wood. It can appear more a bit more rustic. It's typically a more robust finish, making it more durable against marking or staining and will also add more water resistance to the wood. Making it a great option if you expect a lot of staining or spillages and for use in bars, restaurants, offices and any other commercial use.
The bases of the indoor tables are a natural gunmetal grey colour with welded sections around the joins/corners, to add further character. These can be coated black at an additional cost starting at £99, depending on the quantity and size of your order. Other colours are also possible on a bespoke quote basis.
Part of the charm of reclaimed furniture, as a natural, living material, is that it develops over time so this may not suit everyone. Changes (such as surface splits/spreading) may start to appear with the natural adjustment of the wood when it adjusts to a new environment, this is completely normal and to be expected.
There are likely to be imperfections in the wood, such as knots, holes (of all shapes and sizes), notches, bumps, indentations, different grains and the surface may not be completely flat or smooth (we always endeavour to get as uniform as possible).
This is all part of the character of reclaimed wood which can be hundreds of years old, has had a former life and gives reclaimed furniture a unique look and feel, as no two pieces will be exactly the same.
Please note we're unable to replace/exchange furniture due to these natural features/characteristics - for more information please see our returns and refund policy.

Delivery and Assembly
Our reclaimed furniture is handmade to order to a high quality so there is a lead time. But it’ll be worth the wait! Free standard delivery is approximately 8-10 weeks.
Standard delivery is free for most of the mainland UK. Delivery charges will still apply to Scotland and other long distance locations and will be confirmed during checkout. Where delivery charges apply, we will combine the delivery cost for multiple items from our reclaimed furniture range.
Tables are typically delivered unassembled for access purposes, benches are typically pre-assembled. Deliveries are currently contactless to the door step of your property following social distancing procedures, with all pre-assembly preparation/guidance completed by our team for easy self-assembly (screwing bases to table tops is all that is needed). A suitable power driver/drill will be required.
Deliveries days and times vary depending on locations and a time slot will be provided when delivery is arranged.
Non mainland and remote areas of the UK will be subject to additional delivery charges. International deliveries will also incur extra charges. Please contact us for further information.
