Colours
All Bespoke Collection furniture can be stained in various colours. The different colour options are shown below.

Driftwood - typically a darker version of our Light Driftwood finish with a mix of natural wood tones and some similarities to a pine-coloured wood.
Light Driftwood - a light, natural clear colour. Similar to a pine colour bringing out the natural colour and features of the timber.
Rugger Brown - a rich oak colour and the final finish will vary from a medium to a dark oak look depending on the timber used.
Grey Wash - a light natural colour bringing out the character and natural colour of the timber together with subtle hints of grey which varies in different lights.
White Wash - This is a contemporary light stain, similar to a light beech finish.

Finish
All of the wood from our Bespoke Collection is coated in a durable matt water-resistant lacquer or equivalent finish. The finish intends to highlight the natural characteristics of the reclaimed wood and also provides increased resistance from staining and spillages.

Use & Aftercare: We strongly advise against using household cleaners on our furniture as they often contain harsh chemicals that will degrade both the finish and the timber over time. Please see our handy FAQ guide for more helpful information.
Rustic Character
The characteristics of our bespoke collection make each item of furniture truly unique. Handcrafted and made to order from reclaimed and rustic pine; knots, grains, marks and holes of all shapes and sizes are likely to show up differently on each plank of wood. The natural grain and weathered look of this collection coupled with the beautiful rustic imperfections and natural undulation of the timber all combine to create characterful, one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture.

Features
Sustainable: Crafted in the United Kingdom from British reclaimed and sustainably sourced rustic pine wood. Our bespoke furniture features high-quality, beautifully unique and sustainable timber creating individual charm and character.
Steel frames: The steel used for the furniture bases is handpicked for quality and is cut and welded to order. Featuring a gunmetal grey colour with silver marks on the joins from welding. The frame is finished with a clear matt lacquer coating but can be coated black at an additional cost.

Delivery for our Bespoke Collection takes some time as all the furniture is handmade to order. The current delivery time is within 4-6 weeks. You will be contacted by email and SMS prior to delivery to advise of delivery timescales.
Our standard delivery services deliver to a ground floor location of choice. We always advise that two people are available to assist our delivery drivers in receiving the furniture. Please contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements and we will do our best to help you.

Assembly
The furniture is typically delivered unassembled to aid with access to properties. Instructions are provided for ease of self-assembly. Screwing bases to the timber tops is typically all that is needed. A suitable power driver/drill will be required.
An optional assembly service is typically available which can be selected in the delivery options during checkout.
Returns
If you have any concerns with your furniture, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our friendly team always endeavours to resolve any concerns initially.
If we’re unable to resolve your concerns and your furniture doesn't have a manufacturing defect or if you’ve changed your mind, we can arrange for a collection and refund. A collection, refinishing and restocking charge will apply. Defective, incorrect or missing items will always be resolved free of charge. Returns do not apply to custom products made to custom specifications or dimensions. These items cannot be returned.
Our products come with a minimum guarantee of 12 months from delivery for manufacturing defects. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
